Calcium Silicate Board is a large-sized material which has superior thermal insulation and workability (processability) compared to insulating firebricks.
Two types of boards available:
■Silica Board for 650°C
■Super Board, Super Board L, Super Board H for 1000°C
Super Board : Standard Super Board L : Lightweight
Super Board H : Mechanically strong
Heat Resistance
Long and reliable service life within the maximum operating temperature.
Workability
Improved work efficiency due to good workability and light weight.
Thermal Insulation and Energy Saving
Depending on the application, the following products are also available: surface-water-repellent products and overall-water-repellent products (Super Board and Super Board L).
