Proposal for the dismantling and construction

Isolite offers services for the dismantling and construction of refractory insulation materials for industrial furnaces.

We offer comprehensive proposals that comply with the “Health Hazard Prevention Measures for RCF (Refractory Ceramic Fiber)” implemented in November 2015.

Retrofitting, upgrading, repairing, and decommissioning of existing furnaces, as well as the construction of new furnaces.

• Proposal for construction methods incorporating RCF containment measures in existing furnaces (measures for personnel working within the premises).                          
• Proposal for insulation material configuration in restoration or new construction, designed to suit operational conditions (including both RCF or non-RCF).
